I chose to break down my listing of character watches by studio, character or group so of course we have some uncategorized watches that have to be presented, these are some of the more popular from the 1980s or so...in alpha order.

Here is a 1983 Cabbage Patch Kids by Original Appalachian Artworks Inc. which has this smiling orangish/bluish cabbage kid growing like a weed on a white background with very light yellow strips with black numbers, black hands including a black second hand to tell the time. Marked Hong Kong.
Care Bear by Bradley 1984 for American Greetings Corporation. Each Care Bear has a different color and special "belly badge". This tannish Care Bear has a red heart on their chest, holding a rainbow on a white background. Marked MCMLXXXIV American Greetings Corporation Bradley it has blue numbers, red hands, and a red second hand to tell the time.
Here is a great Clash of the Titans watch by Bradley Time Division which has Perseus riding Pegasus wearing his god-crafted helmet from Athena and holding his magical sword from Aphrodite and his shield from Hera on a mostly black background with a light yellow light shining on him from the gods above with white 3,6,9 and a black 12 number along with white squares for the rest of the numbers, white hands and a yellow second hand to tell the time. Marked Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Film Co. 1981. What a great and rare find.
Here is Elivs Presley by Bradley pocket watch with stretchable cord. The King is depicted holding his guitar and smiling wearing a tan shirt on a white background with black numbers, black hands and a red second hand to tell the time. Marked 1984 Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. All rights reserved and Bradley Time Division Hong Kong on the back. These came in simple plastic packages with a colored cardboard backing with his name on it.
Here is a great little Gizmo Gremlin watch with mischievous Gizmo about to stir up trouble on a yellow background with black numbers, black hands including a black second hand to tell the time. Marked TM Warner Bros Inc. 1984 Hong Kong
Gumby by A & M Hollywood, 1982. Gumby is an American clay animation franchise based around a green clay humanoid created by Art Clokey. Here smiling Gumby is waving on a greenish white background with green numbers, black hands, and a red second hand to tell the time.
Heathcliff the cat by Bradley marked McNaught syndicate, Inc 1981. Heathcliff is an American comic strip created by George Gately in 1973. Here you have the orange Heathcliff singing while playing a guitar on a white background with black numbers and red hands to tell the time.
In 1987 we have yet another Howdy Doody this time by Applause for his 40th anniversary. We have four pics of Howdy at the 3, 6, 9 & 12 positions each showing a different angle of the puppets face including the back of his head. It says "Its Howdy Doody Time" in the middle with a white background, red numbers blue hands and a red second hand to tell the time.
These came in these simple boxes marked Hour Classic Collectables, Three Cheers from Applause. Made in Hong Kong, Distributed for Concepts Plus, Inc.
Indiana Jones by Bradley has a stern looking Indiana Jones with whip in hand dressed in his usual archeologist garb including his brown fedora, brown leather jacket, and tan khakis on a yellow background with black numbers and red hands including a red second hand to tell the time. Marked Swiss made Lucas Film LTD 1984. A hard find today.
Little Orphan Annie by Bradley marked copy right Chicago Tribune NY News Syndicate Inc. 1980 - Hong Kong. This time Annie is on her knees hugging her dog Sandy. Annie is wearing her usual red dress with her red curly hair on a white background with red numbers and red hands to tell the time.
