Vintage Winnie the Pooh Character Watches

It's always time for character watches...Watches with Character.

Vintage Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger the Tiger & Winnie the Pooh character watches.

Winnie-the-Pooh is a fictional teddy bear created by English author A.A. Milne. In 1961, Walt Disney Productions secured the licensing rights which lead to the creation of the first watches being sold at Sears department stores.

Sears produced several different versions of their children's small size Pooh watches. Each came with a plastic figure. Eeyore, Piglet and Tigger were also produced and rare finds today.  Here are some of the earliest from the 1960 and 1970's:

1965 Winnie the Pooh with a balloon and dressed in his normal red shirt on a white background with black numbers and black hands to tell the time.  Marked Sears, MCMLXV Walt Disney Productions.
1965 Winnie the Pooh with honey pot & bee, again he's dressed in his regular red shirt, a big smile, and his paw in a honey pot on a white background with blue numbers and blue hands to tell the time. Marked Sears, MCMLXV Walt Disney Productions.
1960's Winnie the Pooh with honey pot & bees, smiling again in his normal red shirt eating honey with multiple bees buzzing around on a white background with blue numbers and blue hands to tell the time. Marked Sears 7 jewels, Japan, Walt Disney Productions.
